It operates through five segments: Retail, Corporate, Islamic, Trading and Sales, and Others. The company offers Ikhtiar, current, ladies first, Assan, pensioners, PLS savings, savings, Sahara, Sarmaya, youngsters minor savings, forex plus, foreign currency, freelancers, and Roshan savings accounts; and rupee, ladies first, foreign currency, Salana Amdani account, and monthly Munafa account term deposits.

It also provides financing products, including speed, car, Ghar, personal, and renewable energy finance, as well as advance salary, fan, e-bike and loaders, laptop, and agriculture financing; and home remittance products, such as Mehnat Wasool remittance, remit direct account, and Asaan remittance account.

In addition, the company offers debit card, SMS alerts, and internet, mobile, and phone banking; wealth management comprising mutual funds, voluntary pension schemes, and separately managed accounts; and various Mustaqeem Islamic banking financial solutions.

Further, it provides corporate and investment banking, which include working capital and trade finance facilities, supply chain management, cash management, and employee banking; and value-added services, such as Hajj applications, safe deposit lockers, rate sheets, key fact statements, real time gross settlement, online banking, IPS account, customer awareness, and deals and discounts.
