It operates in two segments, Food & Beverage and Laundry. The company offers food preparation products, including slicers and food processors, vegetable washers, spin dryers, planetary mixers, vacuum packers and sealers, and multi-purpose peeling machines; refrigerated cabinets, refrigerated counters, saladettes, cold rooms, and blast chillers; fryers, boiling and braising pans, grills and griddles, steamers, ventilation equipment, modular cooking ranges, fry tops, convection ovens, and cooking suites; stainless steel cabinets, cupboards, and worktables and shelves; and dishwashers.

It also provides coffee grinders, coffee brewers, espresso machines, and hot beverage dispensers; cold beverage dispensers, cold juice dispensers, and beer dispensing systems; frozen granita and ice cream dispensers; and soft serves and soft serve ice cream dispensers.

In addition, the company offers front load washers, combined washers/dryers, dispensing systems, barrier washers, semi-professional washers and dryers, tumble dryers, drying cabinets, ironers, and finishing machines.

It has operations in Europe, the Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. Electrolux Professional AB (publ) was incorporated in 1898 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
