XYMAX REIT is a diversified and publicly traded Japanese real estate investment trust (J-REIT) that has the sponsor support of the XYMAX Group, a leading company in the real estate management industry.

As one of the pioneers in the property management business in Japan, the XYMAX Group boasts one of Japan’s most prominent track records in real estate management and has been supporting the real estate investment—including J-REIT—market from the aspects of real estate management even from before.

Based on the understanding that real estate management strengths are essential for generating stable revenue over the medium to long term in real estate investment, XYMAX REIT will utilize the insights and know-how accumulated to date by the XYMAX Group to conduct portfolio management focused on stability of cash flows and thereby maximize the true value of real estate with an aim to maximize unitholder value.
