Ogura Clutch Co.,Ltd. manufactures and sells clutches and brakes for the general industry in Japan and internationally.

It offers clutch brakes, such as for office equipment, machine tools, construction and industrial machinery, etc; fiber tensioner, automotive A/C clutches, root blowers (superchargers), power clutches, oil mist separators, high-pressure coolant systems, disaster prevention systems, etc. The company also provides solenoids for powertrains, as well as PTO clutches for riding, zero-turn, and commercial walk-behind mowers.

Its products are used in office equipment, machine tools, construction machinery, industrial machinery, and car air conditioners.

The company was formerly known as Ogura Seisakusho Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Ogura Clutch Co.,Ltd. in May 1961.

The company was founded in 1938 and is headquartered in Kiryu, Japan.
