CPD S.A. together with its subsidiaries, develops and sells residential, office, and warehouse properties in Poland and Hungary.

It purchases land and erects buildings; and acquires existing properties. The company was formerly known as Celtic Property Developments S.A. and changed its name to CPD S.A. in September 2014.

CPD S.A. was founded in 1999 and is based in Warsaw, Poland.
