It intends to focus on power industry, renewable energy sources, and electromobility business; and engaged in the provision of software for the publication of press magazines to press publishers.

The company was formerly known as Optizen Labs S.A. and changed its name to Foothills S.A. in August 2022.

Foothills S.A. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.
