The company primarily explores uranium discoveries, vanadium, nickel, phosphate, molybdenum, zinc, rare earth elements, and other battery commodities.

Its principal exploration project is the Berlin Project and covers an area of approximately 9,053 hectares located in Colombia.

The company also holds an interest in the Laguna Project, which consists of approximately 236,435.75 hectares of exploration claims located in the central part of Chubut Province, Argentina; and the Huemul Project, which consists of approximately 27,700 hectares of exploration claims located in the southern part of Mendoza Province Argentina.

Jaguar Uranium Corp. was incorporated in 2022 and is headquartered in Thornhill, Canada.
