Fair Value REIT-AG is a real estate investment trust focused on owning and managing Commercial real estate in German regional centers.

The focus of investment activity is primarily on construction, logistics, and retail real estate Fundamental to the performance of the existing portfolio.

As of December 31, 2025, Fair Value owns a Real estate portfolio consisting of 19 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 170,100 square meters.

The market value amounted to Revenue is projected to reach 248.5 million euros by the end of 2025. Its headquarters are in Langen near Frankfurt.
