It also provides construction and development loans, farm and farmland loans, single and multi-family housing loans, residential and commercial construction loans, residential and commercial real estate loans, commercial and agricultural production loans, commercial lines of credit, commercial term loans, personal loans, student loans, recreational vehicle loans, home equity loans and lines of credit, and commercial mortgage loans; business loans, including equipment loans, business lines of credit/working capital solutions, agribusiness lending, small business administration guaranteed loans, and farm service agency and United States Department of Agriculture loans; and consumer loans comprising loans for household expenditures, car loans, and other loans.

In addition, the company offers debit and credit cards; ATMs; online and mobile banking services; bill pay; positive pay; merchant capture; wealth management; and investment services.

The company was formerly known as Parkway Acquisition Corp. and changed its name to Skyline Bankshares, Inc. in January 2023.
